Daily Protein-rich Meal (1) - Chicken Breast Sub

Subway has a variety of healthy taste subs, and you can add different vegetables.

But specifically, for the protein intake purpose with least amount of fat, Try the following menu.

Roasted Chicken Breast Double Meat on Wheat. No cheese. Add Vinegar& black pepper or mustard, whichever you like more.



In addition, you can add vegetables and condiment you want. But if you want to limit your fat intake, do not add the following;

Black Olives
Oil
Mayo
Cheddar cheese
