Daily Protein-rich Meal (2) - Chicken Fettucini

Lean Cuisine has a variety of nutrition-themed frozen foods. Today, we are going to look at their Chicken Fettucini.

It tastes pretty good, while decent amount of protein and relatively low amount of fat. However, the amount of chicken inside is a little bit dissapointing- usually 3 -4 pieces. So, here is my suggestion.

Add the following to the tray- also extra 1-2 minutes for microwaving;


1/4 Pack of Kroger Fat free Cheddar cheese (~$3. one serving 75 cents)
1/3 Pack of Kroger oven-roasted chicken breast (~$3. one serving $ 1)


The total calories = 406 kcal, total fat calories 70 kcal

Total fat 7g
Saturated fat 4g

Protein 47g
carbohydrates 38g
