Healthy, cheap protein booster (1)

1. Fat free Cottage cheese + Fat free raspberry yogurt

Cottage cheese is known as a good source of protein and calcium, but it tastes somewhat mundane. Especially if it is a fat free variety. Here, I introduce you to a creative way to make an inexpensive protein booster.

Mix 1 Medium Kroger Fat Free cheese ($1.59) and 1 Kroger Carbmaster yogurt, Raspberry flavor (44 cents). This drastically improves the taste of cottage cheese. Also, it costs only 2 dollars, and yet the protein intake is 72g!!!!

Wanna give it a twist? Mix with another flavor of Kroger carbmaster/lite yogurt!
