Here, I introduce you to a creative way to make an inexpensive protein booster.Mix 1 Medium Kroger Fat Free cheese ($1.59) and 1 Kroger Carbmaster yogurt, Raspberry flavor (44 cents). This drastically improves the taste of cottage cheese. Also, it costs only 2 dollars, and yet the protein intake is 72g!!!!
